Domestic Violence Staff Attorney

 

Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LSNV) seeks to hire a staff attorney to represent domestic violence survivors in our Fairfax Office.  LSNV is a nonprofit law firm that provides free civil legal services to low-income, elderly, or disabled individuals.  The domestic violence attorney will represent survivors in civil protective order hearings as well as related matters—such as child custody—arising out of the abusive situation.  Experience working with survivors and an understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence strongly preferred.
